Woburn, MA, June 15th, 2015 – Energetiq Technology, a world leader in high brightness light sources for advanced technology applications, introduces the EQ-400 high power, ultra-bright Laser-Driven Light Source (LDLS™) at Laser World of Photonics in Munich.
Based on the highly successful Laser-Driven Light Source (LDLS) technology, the EQ-400 offers the highest radiance and irradiance available in a truly broadband white light source. The EQ-400 features a compact lamp house, with clean construction that ensures long life and ultimate stability. With a 170nm-2100nm wavelength range, and a choice of source dual-beam output or a single-beam output with retro-reflector, the EQ-400 is flexible for a broad variety of applications

EQ-400 LDLS Features:
- High spectral radiance: Greater than 100mW/mm2.sr.nm from 100µm aperture
- Spectral power: More than 10mW/nm from a 500µm aperture
- Very low noise: Better than 0.02%
- Small plasma: 300µm x 800µm FWHM
