Debbie Gustafson
CEO
Debbie joined Energetiq in 2005 as VP of Sales & Service. She became CEO in 2016 after serving as the company’s COO. Debbie’s strategic vision, operations skillset and commitment to building strong customer relationships has led the company to rapid global growth.
Debbie works tirelessly to change the face of the technology industry and is committed to building diverse teams, especially opening doors for other women in tech and mentoring them through their experiences. She has served as a member of the SPIE Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
Debbie is also a member of the SEMI Foundation Board of Trustees and President of Photonics Management Corporation (PMC), the holding company for Hamamatsu Photonics’ North American subsidiaries.
Vikram Singh
President
With over 25 years of technical, business, and operations experience in materials technology industries, Vikram has an extensive background in bringing plasma and thermal process technologies to market. Prior to joining Energetiq, Vikram worked at Lam Research and Applied Materials in various roles with progressing responsibilities, with his last two roles being Executive positions responsible for New Product Development and Technology Supply Chain. Vikram received his Bachelor of Technology with honors from the Indian Institute of Technology. He holds M.S. and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University where his research focused on plasma processing and process control in semiconductors. Dr. Singh also holds 10 issued patents and has authored multiple major technical publications.
Don McDaniel
SVP, Engineering & Technology
Don leads Energetiq's product strategy and development initiatives supported by collaborative engineering, research, and technology teams. He holds a PhD in electrical engineering, eight patents, and brings a wealth of experience in analytical instrumentation, spectroscopy, laser systems, semiconductor materials and devices, and electro-optics.

Paul leads our operations and quality teams. He is the driving force behind the manufacturing, supply chain and quality areas of our business. His expertise in global manufacturing, sourcing and customer service help us deliver industry-leading products to our customers without compromise.

Smith leads our finance, accounting, HR, and IT functions. He is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a master’s degree in accounting, and has over 15 years of experience. Prior to Energetiq, Smith worked at KPMG LLP and performed financial audits for some of the largest companies in the world. He uses his experience to drive positive change at Energetiq.
Megan Dube
VP, Account & Product Management, Service
Megan leads our account management, product management, marketing, and service functions. She collaborates closely with cross-functional product, sales, and technical teams to deliver solutions that advance the company’s presence in semiconductor, scientific, and other advanced technology markets. Prior to her current role, Megan led high-impact customer relationships and ensured that account strategies aligned with both customer needs and Energetiq’s growth ambitions. She also helped define the global LDLS product strategy and product requirements in her time as Senior Product Manager.
Megan is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has been an active participant in company and industry efforts, including the SEMI Foundation initiative, discussing how inclusive workplaces support innovation and industry resilience.
Toru Fujinami
VP, Advanced Developments Group
Toru is responsible for driving strategic growth across semiconductor and advanced optics markets. Previously, Toru served as General Manager, Semiconductor at Ushio America, Inc., bringing over a decade of operational and leadership experience in lighting and photonics.
In his role at Energetiq, Toru leads efforts to identify and develop business opportunities, build partnerships, and expand market reach. He works closely with internal teams to align offerings with emerging customer needs and industry trends.
Toru is also active in the technical and professional communities. He is a member of SPIE and participates in industry-forums related to photonics and semiconductor lighting.
Toru earned his Master of Science in Physics from the University of Texas at Austin.
