Central to this culture are our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)—employee-led communities that provide support, foster personal and professional growth, and drive positive change within our organization.

What Are ERGs?

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that bring together individuals with shared interests, backgrounds, or goals. These groups play a pivotal role in promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, while also enhancing employee engagement and organizational success.

 

Energetiq’s ERGs: Empowering Our Workforce

Energetiq proudly supports several active ERGs, each contributing uniquely to our vibrant workplace:

 

1. Women’s ERG

Dedicated to empowering women across all levels of our organization, the Women’s ERG provides networking opportunities, mentorship, and professional development resources. By advocating for inclusivity and sharing personal experiences, this group drives positive change and supports women's advancement in the workplace.

2. Veterans ERG

Honoring the service and contributions of veterans, the Veterans ERG creates a supportive community for veteran employees and their families. This group focuses on leveraging the unique skills and experiences of veterans, facilitating their professional development, and promoting a workplace culture that respects and values their service.

3. Health, Wellness, and Hiking ERG

Committed to promoting mental and physical well-being, this ERG encourages healthy routines through activities like group hikes, wellness discussions, and resource sharing. By fostering an open space for health advocacy, the group supports employees in sustaining overall well-being.

4. Environmental ERG

The Environmental ERG aims to raise environmental awareness within the organization, supporting initiatives like local sourcing, energy conservation, and recycling. Their efforts inspire sustainable practices among employees.

5. Video Game ERG

Serving as a dynamic hub for camaraderie and skill-building, the Video Game ERG leverages a shared passion for gaming to develop innovative training tools and host engaging events. This group fosters inclusivity and provides a supportive space where employees can connect and collaborate creatively.

6. Events ERG

Focused on strengthening social bonds among employees, the Events ERG organizes various activities centered around fun and community building. By hosting events both on and off-site, this group enhances workplace connection and encourages employees to enjoy shared experiences.
