Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time)
Energetiq is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join on a part-time basis in a dynamic and growing high-tech manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting within a manufacturing environment;
- Own the talent acquisition function from start to finish from posting job opening, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and web-based recruiting tools; Coordinating with hiring managers/ Recruiters to determine position requirements.
- Identify candidates with the appropriate skills and knowledge for open & future jobs using various recruiting and sourcing methods;
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and solid HR/Recruitment business acumen.
- Propose and develop consistent, deliberate sourcing and recruiting initiatives and solutions to meet the needs of the growing business.
- Develop close and trust-based relationships with hiring managers and leaders by learning the business, developing recruitment strategies, and driving candidates with clear cultural fit as well as strong skill sets.
- Proactively, search on traditional and non-traditional data sources such as: job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, web mining and referrals, etc.;
- Maintains strong knowledge of search techniques and sourcing searches;
- Participate in ad hoc projects;
- Ability to assess available candidate pools and provide feedback to hiring managers based on market conditions.
- Deliver a respectful, smooth, and informative candidate experience at all stages of the interview process.
- Use data and analytics to ensure the company is meeting its diversity, equity, and inclusion goals as it relates to hiring and advancement, as well as to measure and assess recruiting performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in recruiting or Human Resources (3-5 years minimum)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong sourcing/hunting and recruiting experience in a high-volume environment;
