The EQ-1500 and 1510 are extremely bright, stable, broadband light sources that are specifically designed for critical spectroscopy and imaging applications. Both the EQ-1500 and the EQ-1510 offer superior spatial and power stability for highly repeatable measurements, and provide direct imaging of the plasma for optimized coupling to the instrument. Utilizing a proprietary laser-driven bulb technology*, the EQ-1500 and 1510 are ideal for applications requiring ultra-long lamp life. The EQ-1510 has a slightly smaller lamp house and is particularly suited for contamination-sensitive environments with its stainless steel enclosure.
