Job Description
This person will work directly with customers and distributors serving the academic, biotechnology, semiconductor and medical markets and be responsible to locate, develop and grow our business.

Job Requirements

• Strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills complimented by an aggressive and solutions-oriented track record

Scientist/Engineer – Optics and Light Source Development
This is an R&D position in development of advanced, laser driven, ultraviolet and visible illumination systems for applications in spectroscopy and semiconductor inspection and fabrication.

This person will conduct research and development of high brightness, ultraviolet plasma light sources as part of a product development team. This work will involve electrodeless plasmas, spectroscopy, optical measurements, and optical system analysis. Experience with optical design and measurement is required. Experience with ray-tracing software, such as ZEMAX, is highly desirable. All levels of experience will be considered. The applicant should be highly motivated by the opportunity to create new products.

Applicants should have a Ph.D., or M.S. plus equivalent experience.
